The role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the user experience, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Chakra Suthra’s core product Trash2cash is a tech-based recycling platform that consist of a network of smart recycling bins and an on-demand app-based home collection system.
The Role
Operations

Handle onsite logistics requirements and hardware maintenance.

Liaise with onsite staff to resolve issues.

Participate in material collection runs.

Train and manage activation staff.

Resolve customer complaints.
Desk work
-
Monitor portal for breakdowns.

Record, analyze, and report data.

Financial reconciliation of inventory.

Manage hotline and social media inquiries.
Requirements/ skills/ qualifications

Prior experience in field operations is a must to hit the ground running.

Own mode of transport (bike) is necessary due to the field-based nature of the role.

Proficiency in managing excel spreadsheets for data recording and analysis.

Conversational English for effective communication.

Understanding of the recycling industry to contribute meaningfully to our mission.
