We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to lead our field operations and drive innovation within our recycling platform. He/She will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of our network of smart recycling bins and home collection systems, overseeing logistics and hardware maintenance. The role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the user experience, optimize operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Handle end to end operations and hardware maintenance, on and off the field to ensure uninterrupted service to customers who recycle. Potential to grow within the company to head all business operations.

Intern Entrepreneur
Hands-on internship for a future entrepreneur. You will develop an all-round skills set to run a future business. Shall involve a bit of everything really; from understanding consumer pain points to developing solutions, Innovation, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Hardware/software, legal and Finance. Engagement 3-6 months, with potential to grow within the company towards a C level role.
